Tune in to Judge Mathis at 3 PM on The U for the code word of the day and then listen to Chicago’s Morning Takeover on WGCI-FM the next morning and listen for the prompt to call! If you’re the lucky caller and can tell us what the code word was, you’ll win a $100 Visa gift card! There will be a winner each day during the Chicago Faces, Chicago Cases week!

Here's how to enter:

May 9 through May 13, watch Judge Mathis at 3 PM on The U for the code word of the day and then call WGCI the next morning, or on Monday, May 16 for the Friday Judge Mathis episode, with the code word. If you are the correct caller and get the key word correct, you’ll win a $100 Visa gift card. Five viewers will win.

SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘WCIU, The U,’ whose corporate address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor").

ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter or win one (1) of (5) $100 Visa gift cards. The Sweepstakes begins Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00 PM and ends Monday, May 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM unless extended by ‘WCIU, The U.’ To participate, viewers must watch the 3 PM broadcast of Judge Mathis on WCIU, The U and see the Code Word of the Day. Next, listen to the Chicago Morning Takeover on WGCI-FM between 6-10am. When promoted by the show’s hosts, call the specified phone number and tell the host the Code Word from the previous day’s (or previous Friday’s) show. Five (5) winners will win a $100 Visa gift card.

Sponsors and I Heart Media are not responsible for technical problems associated with viewers’ or listeners’ network provider, phone service, reception or ability to connect with the radio station.

Any questions in regard to this Sweepstakes shall be addressed to and determined by Weigel Broadcasting Co. in its sole discretion and Weigel Broadcasting Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Judge Mathis WGCI Watch, Listen & Win Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Illinois who live in the Chicago DMA, as defined by Nielsen, as well as all legal residents in and are age 21 years or older. Employees of ‘WCIU, The U,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., I Heart Media, WGCI-FM, Warner Bros., their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), family members are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party(e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancé, roommates) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute.

PRIZES. Five (5) winners will be awarded a $100 Visa gift card. Total Prize valued at $100. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entrants who call WGCI-FM when prompted. The winners will have ten (10) business days to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held at the discretion of ‘WCIU, The U.’ Prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize. Prizes are picked up at Weigel Broadcasting Co., 26 N Halsted, Chicago, Illinois during regular business hours.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. These Prizes are non-transferable and are subject to all terms & conditions specified on the Prize vouchers. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any Sweepstakes winner. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winners. By entering, the winner is consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winner is responsible for income and other taxes on the Prizes. Winners and their travel companion will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Letter of Indemnification within three (3) business days of notification of being a winner. Prize winner may be asked to complete a 1099 form. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize.

MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by ‘WCIU, The U,’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘WCIU, The U,’ where it becomes impracticable to award one or more prizes, ‘WCIU, The U,’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize.
